Directed the development and execution of a large-scale, multi-sport winter festival in partnership with leading Colorado race organizations StrideMob and RaceCo, transforming downtown Castle Rock into a fully activated event environment.Scope & Programming

Cold War Classic Cyclocross Race (winter endurance competition)

North Pole Exhibit (Santa’s Workshop, Elf Village, interactive installations)

Directed end-to-end operational planning, infrastructure, and site logistics
