Directed the development and execution of a large-scale, multi-sport winter festival in partnership with leading Colorado race organizations StrideMob and RaceCo, transforming downtown Castle Rock into a fully activated event environment.

Holiday village and immersive themed environments:
- North Pole Exhibit (Santa’s Workshop, Elf Village, interactive installations)
- Holiday Market and Festival of Trees
- Carriage rides, train experiences, and roaming performers

Led full-scale event operations across multiple zones, ensuring seamless execution in a complex winter environment:

Directed end-to-end operational planning, infrastructure, and site logistics
Coordinated cross-functional alignment with all Town departments (public safety, permitting, transportation, and public works)
Managed installation across multiple event zones with zero operational disruption
Oversaw vendor operations for 60+ partners, including food, retail, and activations
Designed and executed site flow, guest experience, and safety protocols

Secured Presenting Sponsorship and led sponsor integration strategy
Developed programming strategy to balance competition, entertainment, and community engagement
Directed marketing and audience growth initiatives
